Ronnie Leon Hyde has primarily maintained his residence in Jacksonville, Florida, since birth. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States and abroad.


Hyde's employment history includes providing counseling services at multiple organizations, and the potential for extensive access to children.


The FBI's Jacksonville Field Office is asking for the public's assistance to identify potential victims of Ronnie Leon Hyde, a 60-year-old United States Citizen who is currently in state custody and charged with murder in Duval County, Florida.


On June 5, 1994, a dismembered torso was discovered behind a gas station dumpster in Columbia County, Florida. The identity of the victim was only recently confirmed to be a 16-year-old male from Yulee, Florida. Hyde was a known associate of the victim's family at the time of the teen's disappearance.


The FBI has confirmed that Hyde was also a named suspect in a previous international child exploitation investigation.


Persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven otherwise in court proceedings.
