CAUTION
Jorge Alberto Martinez, Jr. is wanted in Sacramento County, California, for allegedly engaging in multiple sex acts with a 13-year-old girl. Martinez was arrested for this crime and was found to be in possession of illicit photographs of the victim and a loaded handgun. Prior to his trial, Martinez fled Sacramento County. In August of 2006, he was charged in the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento, with lewd and lascivious act with a child under 14 years of age, oral copulation with a child under 14 years of age, photographing a minor during a sex act, and possession of a concealed firearm. On July 11, 2007, Martinez was charged in the United States District Court, Eastern District of California, Sacramento, California, with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and a warrant was issued for his arrest.SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS
