The newly formed Critical Incident Intelligence Unit (CIIU) was created to provide intelligence to inform operational planning and strategic decision-making. The unit embeds intelligence analysts in each of CIRG’s five sections to support the organization’s overall mission and to provide timely intelligence to CIRG’s operational teams.
