Details:

On May 20, 2023, at approximately 12:20 a.m., two unidentified Native American male suspects got into an altercation with a male victim in front of Northern Edge Casino in Farmington, New Mexico.  The victim reported asking one of the males for a cigarette and was told the male did not have any.  The victim became upset after noticing a cigarette behind the male’s ear.  A verbal altercation ensued, ending with the victim attempting to punch the male.  The victim then walked away from the male toward his vehicle.  The two unidentified males followed the victim and a second altercation took place in the casino parking lot.  During this altercation, one of the unidentified males used a small knife to stab the victim on the left side of his body.
