William Webster: It's unquestionably clear to me that the role of the FBI is being seen throughout the United States as a one of high degree of professionalism, dedication, and of delivering ... where delivering is necessary. You can take any area in which we've been assigned work to do and be proud of our accomplishments. And looking at the camera, I can imagine the thousands of new friends and associates that I've gotten to know in my visits across the United States and at Headquarters.

Together, let's keep up the good work. Thank you very much.
