IBC Bank Robbery in Oklahoma City

James E. Finch, Special Agent in Charge of the Oklahoma City Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, announced the robbery of the IBC Bank at 4902 N Western Ave. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

At approximately 11:55 a.m. this morning, an unidentified female entered the bank, approached the teller counter, and demanded money. The teller complied, and the subject left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money in a green bag.

The subject was seen getting into the passenger side of a blue 2012-2014 Chevy Trailblazer driven by another unidentified female. No weapon was seen, and no one was injured in this robbery.

Surveillance photos and witness descriptions depict the subjects as follows: black female, early 20s, 5’0” to 5’1” tall, 110 to 120 pounds, wearing a 7-11 uniform top with a long-sleeved white under shirt, tan cargo pants with lots of pockets, dark-colored baseball cap, large round sunglasses, and carrying a green bag.

Subject 2 (driver): black female with a ponytail.

This robbery is being investigated by the FBI and the Oklahoma City Police Department. Anyone with information is requested to contact the FBI at (405) 290-7770 (24-hour number). Callers may remain anonymous. The Oklahoma Bankers Association offers a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for robbing a member bank.
