San Diego FBI Seeking Assistance to Identify Imperial County Bank Robber

The San Diego FBI’s Imperial County Resident Agency and the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the individual believed to be responsible for a bank robbery in Holtville, California.

On Monday, January 3, 2022, at approximately 11:00 a.m., an unknown male entered the Sun Community Federal Credit Union located at 100 East 5th Street, Holtville, California, and made a verbal demand to the victim teller for money. The robber received a sum of cash and fled the bank on foot.

Description of Robber:

  • Sex: Male
  • Race: Black
  • Age: Approximately 35 to 40 years old
  • Height: Approximately 5’8”
  • Build: Thin
  • Clothing: Wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black boots, white-framed sunglasses with blue lenses, camouflage neck gaiter over face.
