Double Double Bandit

The FBI is seeking information on two unsolved bank robberies in Phoenix.

On November 9, 2017, at approximately 10:10 a.m., an unknown suspect entered the BMO Harris bank located at 3100 West Indian School Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Upon entering, the suspect brandished a weapon and fired into the ceiling. The suspect then demanded money from numerous bank employees. After obtaining a known amount of money, the suspect fled from the bank on a small motorcycle.

Then, on April 30, 2018, at approximately 10:19 a.m., the same suspect entered the BBVA Compass bank located at 3348 West Thomas Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Upon entering the bank, the suspect brandished a weapon and fired it into the ceiling. The suspect demanded that all of the customers lie face down on the ground while he demanded money from numerous employees. After obtaining a known amount of money, the suspect fled the bank on a small motorcycle.

This is part of an effort to try to generate tips and leads for some of our older, unsolved bank robberies.
