On August 15, at approximately 10:15 a.m., an attempted bank robbery occurred at the Regions Bank branch located at 3836 Elysian Fields Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana 70122.

Two masked gunmen entered the bank and attempted to rob the Regions Bank; however, they departed the bank before receiving any currency.
