FBI and Traverse City Police Department Ask for Information in 10-Year-Old Cold Case

On the 10th anniversary of her death, the FBI, Traverse City Police Department, and the family of Kelly Boyce-Hurlbert are asking the public to come forward with information on the person(s) who struck and killed Boyce-Hurlbert in Traverse City in 2013.

In the early morning hours of July 5, 2013, 29-year-old Kelly Boyce-Hurlbert was biking home from work in Traverse City, when she was struck by a vehicle and killed on the 600 block of Washington Street.

The FBI is offering up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for Kelly’s death.
