Reward for Information Leading to the Arrest of Robert Roy Clark
Stephen D. Anthony, Special Agent in Charge of the Cleveland Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for the Northern District of Ohio, announces a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Robert Roy Clark. Clark is wanted in connection with the murders of a Strasburg, Ohio couple and a string of armed robberies.
Clark is traveling with 28-year-old Jeffrey Caley and 27-year-old Tabatha Marie Hazel. All three have been identified in surveillance video at the robberies and have displayed a sawed-off shotgun and a pistol. They are all considered armed and extremely dangerous.
They are believed to have robbed as gas station in Sissonville, West Virginia; a 7-Eleven in Anderson, South Carolina; and a gas station in Donalsonville, Georgia. They were last seen in a green Dodge Caravan with Ohio plates.
A federal warrant has been obtained for Clark for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution on a homicide warrant. Felony warrants have also been issued by the Kanawha County, West Virginia Sheriff’s Office for all three suspects. The FBI has initiated a national billboard campaign and established a national tip line for information on the location of Clark, Caley, and Hazel. The Strasburg Police Department, Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office, Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office, Ohio BCI, United States Marshal Service, and the FBI are all working together to locate and arrest Clark, Caley, and Hazel.
