Ryan J. Lowe, 20, of Shiprock, New Mexico, has been arrested in connection with the robbery on February 13, 2014, of a Citizens Bank branch in Farmington.

Lowe is expected to appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge B. Paul Briones in Farmington on Wednesday, June 4, 2014.

FBI special sgents arrested Lowe in Shiprock on Tuesday, June 3, 2014.

Witnesses say a man walked into the bank at 500 West Broadway and presented the teller a note that demanded money.

The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of money to the suspect.

No further information will be released until after Lowe’s court appearance.
