The FBI made a probable cause arrest of Manuel Martinez, of Albuquerque, on a federal charge of bank robbery on Monday, April 29, 2019.

Martinez, 38, is accused of robbing Wells Fargo, 1406 Bridge Boulevard SW, in Albuquerque, on Monday.

The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office arrested Martinez near the bank and the FBI took custody of him.

Martinez is expected to have an initial appearance in U.S. District in Albuquerque on Tuesday, April 30, 2019.

The public is reminded that all suspects are presumed innocent unless convicted in a court of law.

This is the fourth bank robbery arrest by the Albuquerque FBI Division this year.
