FBI Media Alert: FBI, Santa Fe Police Look for Bank Robber

The FBI and Santa Fe Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the individual responsible for a bank robbery on Friday, January 14, 2022.

At approximately 3:43 p.m., an unknown male entered Del Norte Credit Union, 510 North Guadalupe Street. The suspect presented a bag to the teller and demanded the employee put money into it. The robber received an undisclosed sum of money and fled.

Suspect’s Description:

  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Long brown
  • Clothing: Black Under Armour baseball cap, gray Nike hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a black bandana over face.

Bank robbery carries a possible prison term of up to 20 years. The use of a gun, other dangerous weapon, toy gun, or hoax bomb device during the commission of a bank robbery can be punishable by a prison term of up to 25 years.
