The FBI has made a probable cause arrest of Shawn P. Williams, of Albuquerque, on a federal charge of attempted bank robbery.

FBI Special Agents arrested Williams outside U.S. Bank, 1418 Carlisle Boulevard, NE., at approximately 3 p.m. Friday, September 21, 2018.

Williams is expected to have an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Albuquerque on Monday, September 24, 2018.

The public is reminded that all suspects are presumed innocent unless convicted in a court of law.
