FBI Media Alert: FBI Offers Reward for Rose Tattoo Robber Responsible for Credit Union Robbery
The FBI and Albuquerque Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the Rose Tattoo Robber, who robbed Nusenda Credit Union, 8321 Palomas Avenue NE, on January 19, 2023.
At approximately 11:36 p.m., an unknown male walked into the credit union and gave a teller a demand note. The robber received an undisclosed sum of money and left.
Suspect’s Description:
- Sex: Male
- Race: Hispanic
- Height: 5'4” to 5'9”
- Clothing: Dark baseball cap with a word that begins with “C” in white letters on the front; sunglasses; black surgical mask; dark jacket; dark T-shirt with the word “Levi’s” in dark letters on a white background; and blue jeans.
- Other: The suspect had a large rose-shaped tattoo on the right side of his neck.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect.

Bank robbery carries a possible prison term of up to 20 years. The use of a gun, other dangerous weapon, toy gun, or hoax bomb device during the commission of a bank robbery can be punishable by a prison term of up to 25 years.
