Special Agent in Charge Aaron C. Rouse of the FBI, Las Vegas Division, announced the arrest of Kevin Belcher of Reno, Nevada.

On April 9, 2019, members of the FBI-led Northern Nevada Child Exploitation Task Force (NNCETF), in partnership with the Reno Police Department and State of Nevada Welfare Investigations arrested Kevin Belcher for Sex Trafficking of a Minor under the age of 18, Child Abuse, Coercion with Force or the Threat of Force, and Open and Gross Lewdness. The task force has been investigating Belcher for a significant amount of time and foresees additional charges in this case.

Belcher was arrested as part of an investigation into a child sex trafficking group by the Northern Nevada Child Exploitation Task Force. This is the first arrest related to the ongoing investigation into this group.
