Former Ten Most Wanted Fugitive #523: Eugene Palmer is wanted for the murder of his daughter-in-law in Stony Point, New York, in September of 2012. He was removed from the List on July 20, 2022, after it was determined that he no longer fit the criteria for inclusion on the List.
