Details:

On April 19, 2012, American Citizens Lance Edward Skiles and Dwayne Alan Skiles were murdered in the San Francisco neighborhood of Panama City, Panama. The brothers were gunned down as they left the Casa Tua Gastronomica Italia restaurant.
