The FBI is seeking to identify individuals involved in the riots at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. This suspect was described as a Black male, age 20 to 30, with a goatee. He wore a red hat, black sunglasses, an American Flag bandana, a black jacket, grey sweatshirt, and carried a black book bag. He was seen in the Speaker’s Lobby.
