FBI and San Diego Sheriff’s Department Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify US Bank Robber

The FBI and San Diego Sheriff’s Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown male responsible for robbing the U.S. Bank, located inside of the Albertsons grocery store at 1301 East Vista Way, Vista, California, on Thursday, August 25, 2011.

On Thursday, August 25, 2011, at approximately 11:45 a.m., the U.S. Bank, located inside of the Albertsons grocery store at 1301 East Vista Way, Vista, California, was robbed by an unknown male using a demand note. No weapon was threatened or displayed. No injuries were reported.

Witnesses describe the robber as follows:

Sex: Male
Race:      White
Age: Approximately mid 40’s
Height: Approximately 6’0” tall
Weight: Approximately 170 lbs.
Build: Medium
Hair/Coloring: Curley brown hair with some gray and mustache
Clothing: White tee shirt with map of San Diego design on front, black pants, brown sunglasses, and baseball cap worn backwards
Miscellaneous: Black back pack
