FBI Arrests Alleged Armed Bank Robber

At approximately 11:00 this morning, James Russell was arrested without incident by FBI agents from the New York Field Office and the Philadelphia Division’s Scranton Resident Agency in Harlem, New York. Russell is allegedly a member of a violent crime group and one of four who allegedly participated in an October 30, 2010 armed bank robbery in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
