I’m Mollie Halpern of the Bureau, and you’re listening to “Wanted by the FBI.” Lorrie John Trites became a wanted man after women on his team discovered a video camera hidden in their locker room. Special Agent Tim Lynch…

Lynch: It had been set up to record the girls as they changed.

Halpern: The recordings were made without the women’s knowledge between 1997 and 1998. The videos showed Trites coming into the locker room, but Trites erased his image. Shortly afterwards, his car and wallet were found abandoned, but…

Lynch: Investigation later showed that he had kept his passport and traveled to the Caribbean.

Halpern: Upon his return to the United States…

Lynch: He disappeared into thin air.

Halpern: Trites is about 6’7” and weighs between 250 to 300 pounds.

Lynch: He has a very, very large physical presence.
