This privacy impact assessment covers the FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) System and is being completed to address the privacy risks and mitigations associated with the collection and maintenance of point of contact and user information, the ability to link incident-specific data elements to individuals, and the release of UCR data through the Crime Data Explorer.
