Reward Offered
FBI Dallas March 12, 2014 |
The FBI and Plano Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the subjects responsible for a bank robbery that occurred on Monday, March 10, 2014, at the Bank of America located at 2015 Coit Road in Plano, Texas.
Three men entered the bank and demanded cash verbally; all of the men brandished weapons. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robbers exited the bank and left in a waiting vehicle, which contained a fourth suspect. The vehicle was abandoned near the bank and was determined to have been reported stolen from the Dallas area. No one was seriously injured, but the subjects’ actions inside the bank were aggressive.
All of the robbers were covered in dark clothing—long pants, long shirts, gloves, hoodies, and full facial masks. They are described as black males, in their late 20s or early 30s, ranging from approximately 5’7” to 6’0” tall. Two suspects have a thin build and one is heavyset. It is possible that the suspects could be connected to other metroplex bank robberies.
The suspects are considered armed and dangerous. Bank of America is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of these individuals. Anyone with information is urged to call the Dallas office of the FBI at 972-559-5000. Callers may remain anonymous.
