Seeking Public’s Assistance to Locate Christopher Joseph Atkins

Acting Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Ricky Maxwell, FBI Atlanta Field Office, requests the public’s assistance in locating for apprehension the following individual who is now charged federally in the September 17, 2013 kidnapping/abduction of a minor child at Clayton County, Georgia.

On Tuesday, November 19, 2013, Christopher Joseph Atkins, aka “C.J.”, age 19, of Atlanta, Georgia, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Atlanta for violating Title 18 USC 1201(a) (1) and (c), conspiracy to kidnap; and Title 18 USC 924(c), discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence.

As a result of this indictment, the FBI has obtained an arrest warrant for Atkins.
