Armed and Dangerous Fugitive Kevin Anthony Briggs Wanted for Assault of a Female and Police Officer
Briggs Spotted in the San Francisco Bay Area; Up to $10,000 Reward Offered

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the U.S. Marshals Service are seeking the public’s help in locating a violent fugitive from Montana who was seen in San Francisco, Berkeley, and Oakland, California, last week.

Kevin Anthony Briggs, a convicted felon and registered sex offender, is wanted for his alleged involvement in the assaults of a female and a police officer in Bozeman, Montana. He also is known as Aimee MacIntire, Kevin Bacon, Kevin Briggs, Kevin A. Briggs, Timothy McCoy, James Meismer, and James Zenon Meismer.

He may be traveling to Oregon or Washington State, as well as Mexico, while staying in homeless shelters while earning money to travel and should be considered armed and dangerous and suicidal. Briggs also has violent tendencies.

Briggs is described to be a white male, 5’5” to 5’7” tall and 120 to 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a sunburst tattoo around his right nipple, a tattoo in his armpit, and a tattoo on his lower lip. He has a double “snake bite” piercing on his bottom lip. He also has a bellybutton piercing and pierced ears. Briggs was last wearing gray sweatpants, a dark-colored hooded jacket or parka, black shoes, and a dark baseball cap.
