FBI and San Diego Police Department Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify U.S. Bank Branch Robber

The FBI and San Diego Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown female responsible for robbing the U.S. Bank, located at 3201 University Avenue, San Diego, California, on Saturday, July 9, 2011.

On Saturday, July 09, 2011, at approximately 11:23 a.m., the U.S. Bank, located at 3201 University Avenue, San Diego, California was robbed by an unknown female using a demand note. After receiving a sum of money, the robber walked out of the bank.

Witnesses describe the robber as follows:

Sex: Female
Race: Black
Height: Approximately 5’11” tall
Weight: Approximately 240 lbs.
Build: Heavy
Age: Approximately 35 to 40 years old
Hair: Dark
Clothing: Long green dress and a large tan or wicker hat
