Heroin Dealer Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison

PITTSBURGH—A resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania pleaded guilty in federal court and was sentenced to serve 120 months in prison followed by six years’ supervised release for violating federal drug trafficking laws, United States Attorney David J. Hickton announced today.

Eric Bosh, 30, pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute and possess with intent to distribute heroin and was sentenced by United States District Judge Arthur J. Schwab.

In connection with the guilty plea and sentence, the court was advised that Bosh would travel to Pittsburgh several times per week to pick up one or more bricks of heroin. Bosh would distribute some of the heroin he received, and he would use some as well.

Assistant United States Attorney Craig W. Haller prosecuted this case on behalf of the United States.
