Robbery of TD Bank Branch in Morrisville

FBI Philadelphia March 23, 2013

The Falls Township Police Department and the FBI are seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the subject responsible for this morning’s robbery of the TD Bank branch located at 346 West Trenton Avenue in Morrisville, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

At approximately 9:59 a.m., the subject entered the bank and made a verbal demand to a teller. He threatened to use a gun, though no weapon was physically displayed. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank on foot and was last seen heading west on West Trenton Avenue.

The subject is described as a white male in his late 50s, approximately 5’7” to 5’8” tall, with a medium build, short “salt and pepper” hair, slight facial stubble, and wearing eyeglasses; he had on a brownish jacket with a lighter-colored collar, jeans, and a plaid “newsboy”/flat cap.

This subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about this robbery or this subject is urged to call the Falls Township Police Department at 215-302-3308 or the FBI at 215-641-8910. There may be a reward for information leading to this subject’s capture; tipsters can remain anonymous.
