Philadelphia Man Charged with Eight Bank Robberies

John Digman was charged today by indictment1 with eight counts of bank robbery and attempted bank robbery, for robbing or attempting to rob eight separate banks between July 11, 2011 and July 27, 2011, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger.

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 160 years’ imprisonment, three years of supervised release, and a $2 million fine.
