Man Indicted for Making Threat Against U.S. Senator

Dmitry Dyatlov was charged today by indictment with one count of interstate communication of a threat, announced United States Attorney Zane David Memeger. It is alleged that on or about August 1, 2011, Dyatlov stated an intention to shoot J.L., a United States Senator, in a posting on a blog that Dyatlov wrote on the Internet.
