Requesting Public Assistance in Locating Federal Fugitives

FBI Philadelphia January 21, 2009

The FBI in Philadelphia is requesting the public’s assistance to locate federal fugitives Kelly Patrick Lobdell, age 23, and Derrick Randle James, age 22, both from Daytona Beach, FL.

On 1/6/2009, at approximately 3:55 p.m., two subjects later identified as Lobdell and James allegedly entered the Keystone National Bank and Trust on Route 209 in Brodheadsville, PA, approached a teller and presented a threatening demand note. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the two fled the bank on foot in an unknown direction.

Federal arrest warrants have been obtained for Lobdell and James for their alleged involvement in this robbery. While they were both last known to be living in the Daytona Beach, FL area, and both have Florida driver’s licenses, their current whereabouts are unknown. Both have been known to work in the wholesale meat distribution industry.

These subjects should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information concerning their whereabouts is asked to contact the nearest FBI office or police department.
