FBI and Carlsbad Police Seek Public’s Assistance to Identify US Bank Robber

The FBI and local law enforcement are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the unknown male responsible for robbing the US Bank, located at 2520 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, California, on Monday, January 31, 2011.
On Monday, January 31, 2011, at approximately 3:57 p.m., an unknown male used a demand note to rob a teller at the US Bank, 2520 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, California. According to witnesses, the robber waited his turn in line until called to the teller counter. The robber presented a demand note and threatened to have a weapon. The teller provided the robber a sum of money which the robber placed inside of a black laptop bag. No weapon was observed and no injuries reported.
Witnesses describe the robber as follows:
- Sex: Male
- Race: White
- Age: Early 20s
- Height: 5’8” - 6’0” tall
- Build: Thin
- Clothing: Blue baseball cap with white insignia, small band-aid near one eye, gray colored long sleeve shirt, dark colored sneakers, and white pants
