Robbery of U.S. Bank Branch in Minneapolis

On December 7, 2011, at approximately 3:45 p.m., a bank robbery occurred at a U.S. Bank branch located at 333 East Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The robber, who was described as a white male, entered the bank and approached the teller counter with a demand note. The robber submitted the demand note to the victim teller, indicating he had a gun. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber requested his note back from the victim teller and fled from the bank.

The robber was described as a white male who stood approximately 5’9” in height, who was in his mid to late 20s. He had a thin build and wore large sunglasses and a long black jacket with a hood.
