On October 27, 2010, at approximately 2:50 p.m., the US Bank located at 301 West Burnsville Parkway in Burnsville, Minnesota, was robbed by a lone masked man. The robber crossed Burnsville Parkway and entered the bank carrying a black semi-automatic handgun. He pointed the gun at bank employees and demanded that they give him money. He threatened to shoot anyone who did not listen to him. He was provided with an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the bank in the opposite direction from which he had come.

The robber is described as a black male, approximately 6’ tall and 185 pounds. He wore a white long sleeved shirt, a white scarf around his face, and black gloves. He is described as being in his 20s or 30s.

The FBI requests that anyone having information regarding these robberies or the suspected robber contact the Burnsville Police Department at 952/895-4600, the Minneapolis FBI at 612/376-3200, or Crime Stoppers.

The charges in a federal criminal complaint are merely an accusation and defendants are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty.
