Keshena Man Pleads Guilty to Assault of a Federal Officer

Michelle Jacobs, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, announced today that Martin Pamonicutt of Keshena, Wisconsin pleaded guilty to assaulting a federal officer, a Sergeant employed by the Menominee Tribal Police Department. According to court documents and statements made in court, Pamonicutt kicked the Menominee Tribal Police Sergeant in the chin and also punched him and other tribal officers who arrived to assist. Pamonicutt’s sentencing is set for February 19, 2010.
