FBI Seeks Fugitive in Nunez Operation

The FBI is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a fugitive in its most recent ongoing investigation. CARLOS ARMANDO BERNAL-QUINTERO is a fugitive in the FBI-led investigation code-named Operation White Shamrock. The investigation, conducted by the El Paso Strike Force, which is comprised of FBI and DEA agents, culminated in the successful arrests of three individuals and searches of several businesses and residences in the El Paso area. BERNAL-QUINTERO is a 29-year-old Hispanic male, approximately 5’10” tall, with black hair, brown eyes, and thin build, approximately 175 pounds. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of BERNAL-QUINTERO is asked to contact the FBI at 915-832-5000.

This case is being worked by the El Paso Strike Force, which includes the FBI and DEA. Agents from the ATF, IRS, U.S. Marshals Service, Texas Department of Public Safety, El Paso Police Department, and El Paso County Sheriff’s Office are also assisting in the investigation.
