Armed Robber Sought by FBI

The Dallas FBI Violent Crimes Task Force and local law enforcement authorities are looking for the suspect responsible for robbing four area businesses since February 15, 2014.

The robberies occurred in Dallas and Grand Prairie, Texas. In each instance, the suspect enters the business, sometimes posing as a customer, displays a weapon, and verbally demands cash and cigarettes.

The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 25 years old, approximately 5’9” tall, approximately 130 pounds; he has short hair and blue eyes. He has several distinctive tattoos: the number “7” between his eyebrows, dots or teardrops below his eye, and stars on his neck. He fled the scene of one robbery in a red SUV with a rear spare tire.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is urged to call the Dallas office of the FBI at 972-559-5000.

  • February 15, 2014: Zang Food Mart at 1005 S. Zang Blvd. in Dallas
  • February 15, 2014: O’Reilly Auto Parts at 2154 Fort Worth Ave. in Dallas
  • February 17, 2014: 7-Eleven at 5950 S. R.L. Thornton Fwy. in Dallas
  • February 22, 2014: Valero Corner Store at 701 N. Belt Line Rd. in Grand Prairie
