Harrison County Woman Guilty of Bank Robbery

TYLER, TX—U.S. Attorney John M. Bales announced today that a 35-year-old Marshall, Texas woman has pleaded guilty to bank robbery in the Eastern District of Texas.
JENNIFER MOORE pleaded guilty to bank robbery today before U.S. District Judge Judith K. Guthrie.
According to information presented in court, on Oct. 13, 2009, Moore entered the lobby of the Texas National Bank in Bullard, Texas, pointed a gun at tellers and demanded cash. She was indicted by a federal grand jury on Nov. 4, 2009.
Moore faces up to 25 years in federal prison at sentencing. A sentencing date has not been set.
This case is being investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Bullard Police Department, the Smith County Sheriff's Office, the Marshall Police Department, and the Harrison County Sheriff's Office and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jim Middleton.
