HUNTINGTON, WV—William Spencer Farley, who robbed the City National Bank on Route 60 in Huntington in July 2013, was sentenced today to five years and 10 months in federal prison, announced U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin. On July 26, 2013, Farley pointed a pistol at a bank teller and demanded cash. Farley fled the bank with $3,007.
