FBI Seeking Public’s Assistance in Locating Bank Robber

Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Weysan Dun announced today that the Omaha FBI and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who wore a white dusk mask and black ball cap during a bank robbery yesterday at 3:00 p.m. The robber is described as a white male, approximately 5’8” to 5’10”, 160 pounds, with a shaved head and beard stubble. He was wearing a black ball cap, a gray hooded sweatshirt, a white t-shirt bearing a large unknown multi-colored logo on the back of the t-shirt, and dark-colored running shoes with partially red soles. After the robbery, he was allegedly last seen at a nearby convenient store without the sweatshirt on and wearing eyeglasses. The robber was last seen driving a white four-door mid-size vehicle, possibly a Pontiac.
The bank robber showed the bank teller a note and implied he had a hand gun. This individual should be considered armed and dangerous. The bank’s surveillance cameras captured photographs of the lone bank robber as he robbed the Bank Iowa in Villisca, Iowa.
