Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested

OKLAHOMA CITY—James E. Finch, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Oklahoma City Division, announces the arrest of Delton Ray Neal II, 34 years of age, of Oklahoma City, for the robbery of the Bank of the West on December 14, 2010.

On February 27, 2012 at approximately 5:00 p.m., FBI agents and police officers from the Oklahoma City Police Department arrested Neal in the 3100 block of N.W. 150th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, without incident. Neal had previously been indicted by a federal grand jury for the robbery of the Bank of the West on December 14, 2010. Neal is scheduled to appear in federal court today.

This robbery was investigated by the FBI and the Oklahoma City Police Department. The public is reminded this arrest is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
