Update: FBI Seeks Fugitives from Narcotics Round-Up

On Thursday, August 2, 2012, the Federal Bureau of Investigation requested assistance from the public in locating three individuals who remained at large following the August 1, 2012 multi-agency narcotics round up, all of whom face conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, and/or other drug charges.

Steven Brian Hye, a/k/a Big B, a/k/a Brian Hye, age 26, of Moss Point, MS

Marquis Carl Richmond, a/k/a Ke Ke, age 20, of Moss Point, MS

Adam Williams, a/k/a Town, a/k/a Big Adam, age 41, of Moss Point, MS

UPDATE: Adam Williams was arrested on Wednesday, August 2, 2012 in Moss Point, MS. Hye and Richmond remain at large.

“If anyone has information concerning the location of these individuals, we are asking them to contact the FBI at 228/769-7920 or 601/948-5000, or their local police or sheriff’s office,” stated Daniel McMullen, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI in Mississippi.

The public is reminded that indictments and arrest warrants contain only charges and are not evidence of guilt. Defendants are presumed innocent and are entitled to a fair trial, at which the government has the burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
