The Houston FBI Bank Robbery Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who robbed the Smart Financial Credit Union, located at 1120 Kingwood Drive in Kingwood, Texas, earlier today. The credit union’s surveillance cameras captured a couple of photographs of the bandit.

At about 11:20 a.m., the man entered the credit union, approached a teller, and inquired about making a withdrawal from his account. No one was physically hurt during the robbery.

The robber is described as a white male, 30-35 years old, and 6’ tall, with a thin to medium build. During the robbery, he wore a black sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a white cap. He was armed with a silver revolver.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and arrest of this robber, or any felony suspect. If you have information about this crime, please call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
