Media Advisory: Laser Strike Against Aircraft

What: An O’Fallon, Missouri resident has completed a one-year pretrial diversion for shining a laser pointer at a police helicopter. The 26-year-old will talk about what he did, the consequences of his actions, what he has learned, and why he is speaking publicly about the incident. The pilot who was affected by the laser strike will talk about how dangerous it was for him.
