Jefferson County Man Sentenced on Federal Child Pornography Charges

ST. LOUIS, MO—The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that Joel Kerbrat was sentenced to 63 months in prison, followed by a lifetime of supervised release, on charges involving his possession of child pornography between July and December 2008.
JOEL KERBRAT, Fenton, Missouri, pled guilty in August to one felony count of possession of child pornography, and appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge E. Richard Webber.
This case was investigated by the St. Louis County Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Rob Livergood handled the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
