Park Hills, Missouri Man Pleads Guilty to Federal Child Pornography Charges

ST. LOUIS, MO—The United States Attorney’s Office announced today that Charles W. Fisher Jr. has pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges. Between January and April 17, 2008, Fisher received and possessed images containing child pornography on his computer.

CHARLES W. FISHER, Park Hills, Missouri, pleaded guilty to one felony count of receipt of child pornography before United States District Judge Charles A. Shaw. Sentencing has been set for July 28, 2010.

Receipt of child pornography carries a penalty range of five to 20 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000.

This case was investigated by the St. Louis County Police Department, the St. Francois County Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
