Armed Robbery of First Priority Bank Branch in Blue Bell

The Whitpain Township Police Department and the FBI are seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the subject responsible for the armed robbery today of the First Priority Bank branch located at 10 Sentry Parkway in Blue Bell, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

At approximately 2:28 p.m., the subject entered the bank, displayed a gun, and demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank.

The subject is described as a male, approximately 5’6” tall, medium build, believed to be right-handed. He concealed his face with large black sunglasses and a shiny black mask with no mouth or nose cutouts; race and approximate age are unknown at this time. The subject wore a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored pants, and blue sneakers with red or orange piping. He carried a semi-automatic handgun and a reusable green and orange shopping bag with a peace symbol on it.

This subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about this robbery or this subject is urged to call the FBI at 215-641-8910 or the Whitpain Township Police Department at 610-279-9033. There may be a reward for information leading to this subject’s capture; tipsters can remain anonymous.
