Robbery of PNC Bank Branch in Philadelphia

FBI Philadelphia December 02, 2013

The Philadelphia Police Department and the FBI are seeking the public’s assistance to identify and locate the subject responsible for the robbery today of the PNC Bank branch located at 1801 Market Street in Center City.

At approximately 3:20 p.m., the subject entered the bank and showed a demand note to a teller. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank.

The subject is described as a white male in his late 20s to early 30s, approximately 5’7”-5’9” tall, with a thin build. He wore a gray hooded jacket over a black hooded sweatshirt, a black Phillies cap, and blue jeans.

This subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about this robbery or this subject is urged to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department. There may be a reward for information leading to this subject’s capture; tipsters can remain anonymous.
